Jack has also conducted brand direction for companies such as Kraft, Amoco, Ingersoll-Rand, Discover and many others. He has also worked at Young & Rubicam, and Bender, Browning, Dolby & Sanderson.

Since Jack really knows his stuff, he has lectured frequently for the American Management Association, American Marketing Association, American Association of Advertising Agencies, and Business Marketing Association. He has written for Advertising Age, Journal of Marketing, Business Marketing, The Chicago Tribune, and V-Capital.

Jack Trytten is the author of the newly published book, The Failure of Marketing.  He also is the founder and president of the consultancy Insight Direction, Inc.

He graduated from Northwestern University with a BA, and the University Of Michigan’s Ross Graduate School Of Business with his MBA.
